Consulting
We believe in taking an organizational systems approach to help companies search for problems and synthesize answers to improve their effectiveness. This process includes:
providing background information,
solving problems, conducting a diagnosis to redefine the problem,
making recommendations, and
assisting with implementation of solutions or interventions. |
As external change agents, we can supply a variety of services within the areas of examination, design, evaluation, presentation, and follow-up.
Assessment/Evaluation
We believe that it is critical to assess needs and evaluate conditions in terms of the individual organization's dynamic structure. The needs assessments are conducted to measure and appraise the gap between the current situation and the desired condition. These requirements can be defined in terms of proficiency performance, or situations. Some of the methods that are utilized include:
interviews | |
questionnaires | |
group problem analyses
records and report studies
job analyses and performance reviews |
Training
We believe in experiential learning, where the emphasis is on what participants do rather than what they are told by the trainer. Group activities encourage the involvement of all participants and provide a safe environment for individuals to explore and practice skills. A major outcome of each session is an action plan to help transfer the skills to on-the-job application. Training sessions can be conducted from a wide array of standard programs, or they can be designed to reflect a company's specific needs.
Facilitation
We believe in providing a neutral, yet structured atmosphere that aids in gathering necessary information for organizational decision making in a variety of situations:
Group facilitation | |
Organizational focus groups
Market research focus groups |
